User Agreement

Shanghai Jieyu Future Intelligent Network Technology Co., Ltd. collects information about you as described below. As set out below in more detail, we use and in specific cases combine that information to operate, tailor content, personalize and adjust and improve our Services, and to send you messages or personalized information about our games, your scores, new features and more, including for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with your preferences.

Shanghai Jieyu Future Intelligent Network Technology Co., Ltd. may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a Social Login platform (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in Shanghai Jieyu Future Intelligent Network Technology Co., Ltd. games and/or you can invite them to join you in our games. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending the invitation to the addressee(s).

Interaction with Customer Service

Apple Automatic Renewal Service Instructions

1. Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and makes the payment, it will be credited to the iTunes account
2. Cancel renewal: If you need to cancel the renewal, the user can manually turn off the automatic renewal function in iTunes/Apple ID settings management at any time 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, and no fees will be deducted after cancellation
3. Renewal: Apple's iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours before expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period

Member Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Soulvoice app (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "You") regarding the automatic renewal service of the membership (hereinafter referred to as "This Service"). This Agreement describes the rights and obligations between the Platform and the user regarding the use of This Service and related aspects.

Before clicking "Open Now" to use the Soulvoice VIP membership automatic renewal service ("This Service"), please ensure to read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement. Once you choose to use This Service, it means you have agreed to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You understand and agree:

1. Free users can use basic app features and interact with Live2D AI characters with limited daily chat messages. VIP members enjoy unlimited AI chat messages and premium features.
2. This Service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have activated the Soulvoice VIP membership service. If you activate this Service, it is deemed that you authorize Soulvoice to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the account balance bound when you activated this Service when your Soulvoice VIP membership is about to expire.
3. After activating this Service, please ensure that you have bound the Soulvoice VIP membership account you have activated with the aforementioned Account, and the Account balance is not less than the service fee.
4. The billing cycle is the service cycle you have activated. The calculation rules for the subscription cycle (such as week, month, quarter, year) involve the start date of the subscription and the end date of the corresponding cycle.
5. You can change your subscription type at any time (for example, from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription). In this case, the remaining subscription time will be proportionally allocated to the new subscription period.
6. If the automatic renewal deduction fails due to reasons such as the Platform system or insufficient balance in the Account you bound, the Platform will not proactively terminate/cancel the automatic renewal service you have subscribed to.
7. You confirm and agree that Soulvoice has the right to adjust the service price corresponding to this Service. If Soulvoice intends to adjust the service price, we will notify you in advance in an appropriate manner.
8. If you need to cancel the automatic renewal function, please cancel this Service before the end of the current billing cycle. Method: Apple mobile phone - [Settings] - Click to view [Apple ID] - [Subscriptions], select Soulvoice VIP membership service to cancel the subscription.
9. You understand and agree that the deduction authority you authorize will be regarded as your own consumption behavior.
10. Soulvoice can change or revise the service content and terms in this Agreement based on business development or technical upgrades.
11. You shall ensure that the use of this Service is legal and compliant, and shall not use this Service for any illegal activities.
12. This Agreement shall take effect from the date you click to activate the automatic renewal service and pay the first fee until you cancel this Service.
