Auto-Renewal Agreement

1. Membership Benefits

Paid plans provide Live2D and AI voice companion benefits according to the plan selected. Current Basic, Pro, and Max benefits and monthly prices are listed on the Pricing page.

2. Service Description

This Service automatically renews an active paid Soulvoice membership for the same selected billing period unless canceled.

For a subscription activated through an Apple ID, Apple generally charges the next billing period to the linked Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current period ends.

3. Account Binding

The Soulvoice account used for membership must remain linked to the Apple ID subscription used for purchase. Keep the Apple payment method valid if you want renewal to succeed.

4. Billing Cycle Calculation

The billing cycle is the period clearly displayed and selected on the purchase confirmation screen. The standard website plans are monthly. If the Apple App Store separately offers another channel-specific period, its cycle is calculated as follows:

Billing Cycle:

• Weekly: From the start date to the same day of the next natural week
• Monthly: From the start date to the same day of the next natural month
• Quarterly: From the start date to the same date of the next quarter
• Annual: From the start date to the same day of the next year

5. Subscription Changes

Any upgrade, downgrade, proration, or effective date is shown by the Apple App Store before you confirm the change and is handled under Apple's subscription rules.

6. Failed Deductions

If a renewal charge fails, Apple may retry it under its payment rules. Paid benefits may be suspended after the current paid period unless the payment channel confirms a successful renewal. You can cancel through Apple subscriptions at any time.

7. Price Adjustments

Soulvoice may adjust future-period prices with notice required by applicable law and Apple's subscription rules. A change does not alter a period already paid for. If you do not agree with a future price, cancel before it takes effect.

9. Important Reminder

Based on the characteristics of the automatic renewal service, for the account that has activated this Service, if you do not cancel the automatic renewal service during the billing cycle, we will issue a deduction instruction for the next billing cycle to the relevant entity on your behalf and extend your membership validity period according to the corresponding term.

Note: Because Apple may process renewal during the 24 hours before expiration, a cancellation made in that window may take effect only after the next charge. Refunds are handled under applicable law and Apple's refund rules.

10. Consumption Behavior

Charges confirmed through your Apple ID are treated as authorized unless you report an unauthorized transaction. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Agreement Changes

Soulvoice may update this Agreement when the Service, law, or payment arrangements change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app, email, or another reasonable method and will not retroactively change a paid period. If you do not agree with a future change, cancel before it applies.

12. Legal Compliance

You shall ensure that the use of this Service is legal and compliant, and shall not use this Service for any illegal activities or activities that infringe upon the rights and interests of others.

13. Effective Date

This Agreement shall take effect from the date you click to activate the automatic renewal service and pay the first fee until you cancel this Service.
