Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into between Soulvoice app (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") and you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "You") regarding the use of the Soulvoice VIP membership service.

Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing or activating membership services. By purchasing or activating membership, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

Soulvoice is a Live2D AI companion app that offers interactive voice conversations with virtual characters. VIP membership service is a paid value-added service provided by the Platform to users. After becoming a member, you will enjoy the following privileges:

• Unlimited AI chat messages (free users have limited daily messages)
• Ad-free experience
• High-quality voice streaming
• Access to exclusive Live2D character models under your membership tier
• Priority AI response speed
• Advanced conversation features
• Priority customer support
• Early access to new characters and features

2. Membership Activation

1. You can activate membership through the payment channels provided in the app (Apple App Store).
2. Membership takes effect immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Membership is linked to your account and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
4. You should ensure that the account information you provide is true and accurate.

4. Payment and Fees

1. Membership fees are displayed on the payment page within the app. The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices, but price changes will not affect the current subscription period of existing members.
2. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store. Please ensure your payment account has sufficient balance.
3. Upon successful payment, the fees will be credited to your iTunes account, and membership privileges will be activated immediately.
4. Unless otherwise required by law, membership fees are non-refundable once payment is successful.

5. Automatic Renewal

If you have enabled the automatic renewal feature:

• The system will automatically deduct the membership fee for the next period 24 hours before your current membership expires.
• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through iOS device settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Cancellation of automatic renewal will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

6. Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

1. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using membership services.
2. Not share, transfer, sell, or rent your membership rights to others.
3. Not use technical means to circumvent membership restrictions or obtain membership privileges illegally.
4. Not use membership services for any commercial purposes without authorization.
5. Comply with the Platform's user agreements and community guidelines.

7. Service Changes and Termination

1. The Platform reserves the right to adjust, update, or terminate membership services or specific features at any time.
2. For significant changes, the Platform will notify members in advance through appropriate means.
3. If you violate this Agreement or the Platform's user agreement, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate your membership services without refund.
4. Upon termination of membership, you will no longer enjoy member privileges, but this does not affect your use of basic free features.

8. Disclaimer

1. The Platform does not guarantee that membership services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. The Platform is not responsible for service interruptions or feature limitations caused by force majeure, third-party reasons, or your own reasons.
3. The Platform reserves the right to interpret the specific content and scope of membership privileges.

9. Agreement Modification

The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified agreements will be published on the relevant page. If you continue to use membership services after the modification takes effect, it is deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not agree with the modification, you should stop using membership services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction for resolution.
